This is the discussion related to the wiki page SCP-3025.
I quite enjoyed the concept of this but there are a lot of issues with it that ruined it for me. A bunch of small grammar, spelling and format issues. The test where they add a camera and GPS tracker to something they think is a spontaneous combustion effect - why would they do that? And sending a tank with a bunch of D-Class? Come on.

Hmm, is the wall of the room qualifies as "object"? If not how about stuff attached/part of the wall but not necessarily function as the wall i.e. light switch or embedded nails? what about the container of the liquid? stuff submerged within same liquid? Is opening a hole, i.e. to drop objects within the chamber, qualifies as expanding the enclosed space? what if something is connected via cable i.e. CCTV cameras? is the cable qualifies as object along with the camera?
The vague definition of what qualifies as "Objects" and "Enclosed space" break the article a bit for me… although it's pretty good concept IMO. no vote for now…
Okay, I went ahead and made a few edits. I better defined the boundaries of the SCP's affect and made sure to mention that they knew items were coming back a day after they combustion, which is why they decided to bring in the GPS and camera. As for the tank, I don't know. It seems reasonable enough that there would be a few ex-military D-class, so it's possible. To be honest, I wanted to write about the extreme case, where the Foundation just goes all out. If its too much, I'm not stubborn about keeping it.*
*Based on the comments I've gotten so far, I went ahead and got rid of Expedition Epsilon. It didn't really add much to the story and was stretching suspension of disbelief.
This one would be a lot stronger if you dialed it down some. "Every time we send activate it it gets worse. And stuff manifests. Last time a huge mechanical feather dipping spider came out and now runs around the neighborhood uncontained. Shall we activate it again to send in a team of criminals in a tank?" "Yes, science demands it."
Radar trackers and multi-spectral cameras are supplied. Objective is to determine the nature of the being encountered during Expedition Gamma.
I'd refrain from using the word 'being', especially at this point. They have no idea about that yet.

Is command using her name? Bit unprofessional, but understandable I guess.
Are they sending in D-Class in a tank? Even if they don't want to lose MTF personnel, I can't imagine the Foundation trusting D-Class with this. What if they return and decide that they've had enough of their imprisonment? They'd be in a freaking tank. It's going to be hard to explain to your superiors why the Site suddenly has a gigantic hole in it and a tank is missing.
The rest of it is really interesting though. I just hope it's not Hell. That would be cliché. And on the nose.
Is this related to any mythology of sorts? It kinda feels like it is.
You might be thinking of Egyptian mythology, where the feather is weighed against people's souls to judge their purity. In answer to your question, no, that wasn't what I was thinking while writing this SCP, but you can interpret it however you like!
