I would have upvoted this if it only kept the stronger bits but the parts that made me laugh were drowned by everything else. I feel like if you called it about five addenda earlier it'd be much funnier.

It's a little tragic once you realize these kids are probably sitting in a collective farm for Foundation employees and this is all they have to do all day, unless they're studying memetic hydrobiology or something.

I kinda want to read a tale of that now. Foundation employees' kids school. Though, eh. I guess this is one of those ideas that'd have worked better in the more lolfoundation days.
You could run a Foundation school straight, though, if you focus on how growing up in a Foundation Site environment would change you.
Heck, I've considered writing a tale on something like that for some of the child SCPs.
A prominent author (won't say who) has written stories about Foundation agents who were raised to be such from birth. So there's precedent.
