If you're gonna do a scip with a compulsion effect, it's gonna be a tough sell unless you do something nobody's seen before, because compulsion effects are cliché nowadays. Unfortunately, this doesn't strike me as very interesting or memorable. It's cheese that makes you want cheese, and then makes you make cheese. And then you eat cheese till you die. Sorry, -1.

P.S. You also committed my pet peeve: you've misused the word "brackish." Don't know why that bugs me but it does. ;)

Brackish; water, slightly salty or briny/distasteful or unpleasant. So no, that isn't misused.

It's not a cheese that makes you eat cheese until you die; that's a side effect of the initial infection. The hook consists of two things, the first being that the cheese recreates itself through infected subjects, and second being that an unknown individual or group of individuals is spreading it with malicious intent. I'm sorry that I haven't made this clear enough.

Neither of those hooks are particularly new. See SCP-2680 for a recent example of the first and… I mean, just about any fifthist or factory skip for the second. There's no real depth to Terrance farms, except that the cheeses keep showing up, basically just making it a ticking clock component.

Not that there being depth to Terrance farms would have saved this for me.

It's not even the only cheese skip, we've got the pun -J at the least.

This is an old, tired story. It's very well written, but not exceptionally so. It would have to be something spectacular, or at least with a substantial twist, for me to upvote something like this.

I actually really, really like this. It is goofy and cheesy, but I still like it. However, the stages and interview can be kinda hard to read without any spaces. Mind if I fix the format a bit?

This was posted at a really unfortunate time (as it's getting drowned out by really, really high quality 3000 entries) but I actually really enjoyed it - a well-needed break of lightheartedness in the sea of horror.

While the effect itself isn't that interesting - cheese that makes you want cheese - I find the article whimsical enough and quite enjoyable.

And "No, Not the Cheese" is a title worthy of an upvote on its own.
