This is an SCP about my addiction to this community.

This is an SCP about my psyche.

This is barely an SCP and should probably be downvoted for a number of reasons.

This contains excerpts from SCP-2432 by me, which is also autobiographical, SCP-2845, by Djoric, as well as Harry Potter and The Philosopher's Stone by JK Rowling and Penny Lane by Lennon/McCartney. I can't remember if I included a section of Finnegan's Wake by James Joyce, but I will credit it anyway

Due to mental health reasons, this will most likely be the last thing I make for the site.

Thanks to everyone for being such good friends. I will remain as a slow, chill member of Junior Staff, helping out as best I can. I'll probably still be in chat once in a while. But I cannot write anything big for the site any longer. It's not good for me.

EDIT: Well, in retrospect, it wasn't the last thing I wrote, sorry to burst your bubble folks, but this community still wasn't that good for my mental health.

The surreal, disturbing dream logic came through fairly strongly. If it is to be your swan song, it is a fitting one.

Thank you for some really great stuff. I LOVED IT. OF the many entrees I continue to come back to this one over and over again. I don't know why I like it so but I do. Super +1

This is really a beautiful work of writing and I see that the levels of insanity and confusion in this piece cause a surreal piece of dreams that just makes you want to stop reading, but it's interesting enough to force you to keep reading. It's just brilliant to me, and I think your writing is great. (Too much confusion for me, though.)

I freaking love this one. It has something that can play around with your mind, probably messing it up in the process with a heck ton of confusion. Some profanity involved too are actually fitting and real funny (to me at least, I like those nice touches)

Really enjoyed this SCP and the creativity. It was interesting and the concept of reality and such. The events during it and disturbed, distorted style. The overall conclusion was also clever and had me reading it again.

i appreciate your work, but it was just boring, unreadable, and too long. i got about 1/3 through the page, saw that it was going nowhere, and just scrolled to the bottom and came here. maybe i'll complete it one of these days. i hope you get better. remember, don't isolate yourself from people if you really do have a bad mental health day. people are your friends. seek help when necessary.

I can just feel the madness, for lack of a better word, radiating from this. I’ll be honest, I skipped most of this because it is just too confusing and feels like an acid trip or something, but in a good way if that makes any sense. This is kind of what I would imagine a “true”, once again for lack of a better word since I can’t really think cause of a headache, SCP would be like. Just pure madness and insanity that defies any attempt at comprehension. Bravo and +1.

on the contrary i hope you know that the first thing i did after my site app got accepted was come and upvote my favorite SCP for how raw, self aware, and compelling it is

i'm really sorry to hear how its been affecting you though and by no means would i like there to be a reason for you (or anyone else) to make another like this. thanks for sharing for a number of reasons, dude

That was a pretty good meta allegory to the foundation, I have also had a problem similar to that with this site too, and it's also pretty well done.

Self-indulgent, bold, and deeply personal, uncomfortably so. Dunno how I'd vote on this. I'd probably downvote because unlike something like Chessland, there's barely any grounding here to tie all the dream-y, scattered moments together. It feels more incoherent than not. On the other hand, I see where the horror comes from, and I appreciate it to a degree.

If you need to take a break, do so. I had a period in 2012 - 2013 where all I'd do in my freetime was be on this site, and it more or less affected my school performance drastically. So yeah, go take a break. Godspeed.

Not sure if having them be called 05s at some points instead of O5s is intentional, but as it could be part of this SCPs vibe, Instead of making the edit myself, i'm just going to point it out here.

Other than that, this is absolutely one of the most Interesting SCPs i've ever read.

I told you in chat I upvoted for the Eliot reference, and I don't regret that. I honestly, legitimately want this to win. It's maybe not the best, but it wouldn't have the same impact if it didn't have a thousands spot, I think.

Chilling and excellent article. In a weird sort of way, it feels like the reader is following you through a sort of creative/personal journey, and how the SCP Foundation has shaped your life.
