Must say this is my favourite SCP-3000 so far. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
3796 was my favorite SCP here until I read the logs on this one, it is interesting and fun to read, it is a very good job and deserves the rating it has here
Noting here that SCP-3333 was reverted to revision 57 at the request of Jekeled.
Excellent foreshadowing. The ending is terrifically creepy and is a perfect payoff and explanation for virtually every strange quirk in the preceding logs. A very well planned and executed article.
Always enjoy your stuff, and this is wonderfully creepy.
MTF Mod-0 ("Characteristic Eigenspaces")

As a mathematics major, I find it mildly amusing to see Riemann approving the use of the name characteristic eigenspaces.
I really liked the idea of a "Specialist" counter to cognitohazards, and the way you portrayed them. As in, I actually said "ooooh" out loud when I read about them.
And this article is almost like the antithesis of 087. Climbing down stairs towards a something, climbing up a ladder towards nothing. Besides the parasite blobs, that is.
At the start of this, I was annoyed at how difficult is was to picture the exact layout of what was going on with this. It's like, I got some idea eventually, but I almost got it in spite of the description.
That is, there's a trapdoor… that leads to stairs or a ladder? Or does it alternate? Are the stairs inside of what that structure's bottom story would be, or are they on the outside like in picture? Is there a trapdoor on every level? Does the trapdoor go straight to a copy of the glass room or are there stairs in between?
I don't have much comment on the rest of this, which was quite neat, although the last bit had a "writing" instead of "writhing." I recently dinged someone points for writing a video log in purple prose, which I'm a little iffy on here.
(Oh, also, why the cognitive test instead of/in addition to giving the dude a barometer?)
The bum description just really wrong-footed me. (Edit: I'm not even saying I want more detail here. A minimalist description is fine if I can picture it.)

I still have a little question : How are you entering the successive iterations ? Is there another trapdoor in the floor ?
Like Petrograd, I had a hard time visualizing how this works, but after going back and forth between the first exploration and the description, I had at least enough of an idea to follow along.

This comes right after the MTF is identified as Mod-0, so I have to assume it's a mistake.
EDIT: And if I'm being honest, the fourth exploration log reads far more like a story than an official report, with the way certain things are described and emphasized. It's at least done in the name of horror.
In the first exploration log, when the D got to the top, the description for some reason made me think that there was a line of outlook buildings connect to each other. But the "radial search spiral" in the second exploration log makes it clear that it's a grid. You might want to make the first description a little clearer.
Also, the descriptions of the cell phone log are sometimes a little non-clinical.
