The bottom text punchline at the end of the interview almost made me choke on my ginger ale.
This is so dumb but you set it up so well. +1, my only quibble is wishing there was more context for the interview logs but that's such a minor thing as to be irrelevant. Also -B mentions getting time to play video games, maybe include that in the containment procedures?
Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you!
The article's already fairly lengthy for what it is, so I'll just leave out the context for the interviews, since it's not relevant. As for the video games, I imagine that's covered under "standard amenities".

Nice. The interviews sold it for me.
Something interesting, every single Mister Against Weed so far is in the employ of the Foundation to some degree. I have no problem with that, since they're pretty benign (so far) and they're still contained, but I think it could set up some very interesting tales in the future.
I found the poem quite unimpressive. Those edits are very minor and uninteresting. Mostly though, the article doesn't speak to me.
I suppose that they are meant to be uninteresting. My perception of Mr. Top Text's abilities is that they spoil the material for you, but what it actually does seems to be further trolling.
Mr. Top Text makes implicit information explicit. In the example provided, it makes a common point about how the traveler is a framing device that serves to distance and diminish Ozymandias's power. It diminishes how good the actual writing is, but if someone wasn't twigging onto the purpose of the traveler in the poem, it would be nice to have someone point it out.
I cared less about making it interesting in its own right than I did about having it be a good illustration of the effects, because that section was only added at the behest of chat reviewers, and this is what I got the impression of them wanting.

So, I'm going to ask again because I'm still curious, and would like an answer from the author: Why is GAW making sapient anomalies for their amusement, and letting them fall into Foundation hands, without any evidence that this was consensual on the part of the people they either altered or created from scratch? Doesn't that basically go against everything they claim to stand for?
I just answered this in the Gamers Against Weed hub, essentially confirming kinch's answer.
Was it really necessary to post in both places about it? I don't like to make posts just directing people to another post, and I don't like leaving legitimate concerns unanswered, so you've put me in an awkward position here.

Solid piece. By the way, the mugshot is broken.
I'm rather curious how GAW can just pop humans out of thin air. Anomalous humans, but still fully-sapient as far as I can tell. At least the Little Misters seemed to be transformed humans. GAW is either making humans out of nothing, making really accurate fake humans, rewriting old humans into the Misters like Wondertainment (which feels like it goes against their mostly-pacifist stance since it practically kills the prior person), or BOTTOM TEXT.
Go to the image url and refresh that page. That should fix the image on your end.
I addressed the matter of whether they get the consciousnesses from (tl;dr: they rent out souls to stick into meat shells for a while) elsewhere, but I haven't addressed, in any piece, where they get the human bodies. I generally assume that they are magicked into existence out of whole cloth.
My personal headcanon is that magically summoning a human body is actually extremely easy if you know how, because so much of this world has been adapted to incorporate humans readily, and so much of human consciousness is focused on other humans.

I expected to not like this given the conceit, and I'm still not walking away wanting to upvote. However, I do think this avoided being simply an obvious interpretation of the whole "BOTTOM TEXT" meme, and it's yet again another good way to evoke character from these anomalies, so I don't dislike it.
