A suggestion

This did some confuse.

When SCP-1394 is used […] the subject will begin to sleepwalk four minutes after falling into REM sleep.

Does the subject asleep after the injection, or does the sleepwalking happen next time the subject naturally falls asleep? Maybe rewrite like:

When SCP-1394 is used […] the subject will immediately fall into REM sleep, and begin sleep walking four minutes later.

or else

When SCP-1394 is used […] there is no immediate effect, but the subject will begin to sleepwalk four minutes after the next onset of REM sleep.

I changed it to this:

When SCP-1394 is used […] the subject will begin to sleepwalk four minutes after their next onset of REM sleep.

The two suggestions you gave felt too… bulky, so I tried to work out something that's less ambiguous without being too wordy.

I like the angle of people thinking they've fixed something. That really works for me, and it's just weird in general. Especially the dude's non-existent tooth still working. That shit is always wild. I'm not sure what's going on with the black sand or that last interview, but I'm digging it.

There's something that remained ununderstood, at least for me. So Doctor Braun couldn't use the syringe anymore because D-1394-5 still had it in her dream?

This is an anomaly that heavily relates to dream based anomalies, the ending of which implies the existence of several dream-based entities. As such, I feel that linking to the greater site canon about dream entities would be appropriate. My first thought would be MTF Omicron-Rho.

Editing this:
