I liked the joke, but joke skips need to be proof'd and written just like regular skips, generally.

It was funny, but stumbled over some execution bits. SPAG, logic errors, etc are distracting.

The funniest part was, oddly enough, the crosslinks. More focus on mocking approaches to joke skips based on tropes from older articles might be a good idea. The main joke isn't terribly funny otherwise, and I didn't actually laugh. Also, Czechoslovakia hasn't existed for quite some time now.

The scatterbrained nature of the article and tendency to shift from joke to joke before even letting one land completely limits the humor potential.

I really enjoyed this and laughed quite often, but I'm afraid I'll have to no vote for the pun breakdown. This was already funny for very clever reasons, and we already have the cheese one.

I can totally image Tom Bodett narrating this.

You use porpoise as one of your puns. But aquatic mammals are not included in the effect!!!
