On Mount Golgotha - First Suite finale

So, here is the final Tale in the first chapter of On Mount Golgotha! Many thanks to WrongJohnSilver and Hercules Rockefeller for their advice on the draft.

If "On Mount Golgotha" doesn't mean anything to you - don't read this yet. It will make a lot more sense if you head to the On Mount Golgotha Hub and read through the tales from the start, with the comfort of knowing that there is an end point to get back to when you're through!

If you have read any of the previous tales, now is the time to re-read the series. This ties in deeply to the continuity, and reveals answers to several mysteries from earlier instalments, so it's best enjoyed with them fresh in your mind.

The performers bow, the audience applauds. As everyone leaves to enjoy a nightcap, catch the tram, enjoy the starry sky on darkened, glittering streets, thoughts wander to the one gentleman in the front row, clapping with the rest of them, clad in wrappings like a mummy, still regal in his composure.

You've been an integral part in getting On Mount Golgotha off the ground, psul, and every step along the way carefully crescendos the action, the web of intrigue, and the stakes.

Another excellent entry in the OMG storyline. The format is great, and I really enjoyed the subtleness of the writing, the way the interviews constantly play off one another or weave in and out of each other, overlapping, getting entangled. You couldn't have picked a better title.

As for the overall story arc, it was fun to finally get some answers, and they didn't disappoint.
I still have no idea where this is going, though, and that's great - you guys have been playing your cards very close to your chests, which really helps to amp up the mystery. I can't wait to see what happens next, especially in light of the revelations from Our Mutual Guide and Pattern Breaker ("when the final note plays and St. Alagadda returns…"). Normally, with such an epic build-up, I'd be skeptical as to whether you guys can really pull this off, but at this point I'm feeling pretty confident you will. Best of luck writing the rest of this, guys.

This whole series has been great so far - each article, especially this one, takes a unique presentation and then fills it with an interesting plot. I'm psyched that it's planned to continue.

You know that feeling where you re-discover an old gem you swore you'd get around to reading sometime?

Yeah. Mount Golgotha is my gem right now.

The cross-linking. The added depths to some of the shorter articles. The wholesomeness of a MTF adopting a D class. This is one canon I've absolutely fallen in love with. And for someone without musical talent, or interest, it's been a fantastical ride.

I've read these articles straight tonight and I look forward to blitzing through the rest when I get some free time.

I don't like that quick back-and-forth of alternating conversations in two different locations in any format. It's always hard to keep track of, though thank you for putting their names by each line. (Even if that's the format, thank you.)

But the ending was funny.

As for Emma -I wonder if she's like a kid raised specific types of livestock or something. Things that will shock most people just get an 'eh', whether it's a cow being silly or a SCP acting up. Then they get to solving what's causing the issue.
