I had bee rather uncertain what exactly GRU-P was after during this series until this line. The ability to tap into and harness the human soul is certainly something to cause alarm under the best of circumstances, but outright panic if that ability fell into the hands of madmen.
I also have to appreciate Dr. Geissler's long con coming to fruition.
