The rest of it:
SCP-444: It's… a really poorly-written article about a doll that makes traditional Vodou/Voodoo zombies. Uhm… it might be salvageable with editing, otherwise, toss it.
SCP-446: Weird as all hell, too dangerous to let the public use, but useful to the Foundation. Hardly the best SCP out there, but it's not terrible. Given lack of any feeling one way or another, I guess I'll go with the consensus among the more experienced contributors and say "Delete."
SCP-451: Dull. Kill it.
SCP-453: Wait, what? Kill it.
SCP-454: There's an interesting hook here, then it goes off totally into left field with the effects instead of following up on it, leading to something muddled and boring. Edit.
SCP-456: Keep. Maybe some editing.
SCP-457: Keep, keep, keep.
SCP-461: Interesting and creepy, but lacks any real hook. Edit?
SCP-462: Ergh… torn, here. It's really kind of silly and pointless… but also so awesome I'm reluctant to kill-vote. I guess I'll vote for conversion to a Joke SCP.
SCP-463: Keep, but with some edits to make it less awesome if you don't know what it does.
SCP-464: Edit
SCP-465: Keep.
SCP-466: Keep
SCP-468: I don't much like this one, but it's too popular to kill-vote. Edit.
SCP-471: Kill. They took an interesting idea, and botched it in every way possible. Not only is there a pointlessly large gap between questioning sessions, not only is the result biased against the "accurate" result to the point of uselessness, but it kills people for absolutely no reason except that the author apparently thought that SCPs have to kill people. Not sure if the idea is SCP-worthy even if done well.
SCP-472: Keep.
SCP-473: There's a seed of something interesting here, but it doesn't end up going enywhere. Edit.
SCP-474: Edit.
SCP-477: Needs heavy editing, but there's something here worth keeping underneath all the mess.
SCP-478: Keep.
SCP-479: Keep.
SCP-489: Edit
SCP-481: Too cool and powerful. Could do something better with the image, but the item itself is not so good. Delete.
SCP-488: Delete — possibly even decommission.
SCP-489: Keep.
SCP-490: I like it, but something doesn't quite "click." Edit.
SCP-491: Going with Edit.
SCP-494: Edit.
SCP-498: Enh. Delete.
SCP-499: I don't like it, but I'll once again cede to the more experienced editors and go with Edit.
I admit I'm just some random newbie that decided to weigh in, and thus my input should be taken with a large grain of salt, but I decided to weigh in anyway, because:
a) I want to actually contribute and try to make this wiki better, and, at the moment, all I can really do besides copy-editing is making my voice heard and trying to have an influence.
b) It's important to consider how new people react. They're part of the wiki, too — and although they can be clueless and disruptive, they can also bring new life and change. We don't want to cater solely to the old guard and potentially alienate them.
I've tried to be even-handed and rational in my judgment, and to cede to those more experienced and more important than me when in doubt. I'm not sure if I did well, but here are the results.
