My gut tells me I like it for some reason, but my brain tells me that there isn't enough here. I can see some of the appeal coming from the last note and, aside from that, I can still enjoy a good Series 1 SCP regardless of depth.
But the SCP format already implies that there are other anomalies (it's part of what made SCP-173 initially appealing). Saying that this anomaly is SCP-XXXX-XXXX doesn't really add more depth; it's just the same thing being layered onto itself. The implication could be done less "formally," maybe it was found in an abandoned home or something and they're still searching for other anomalies in the building. I think saying there could be more is more interesting than saying its all been found and numbered.
TLDR: I like it, but the main appeal already exists elsewhere.
