The 2e effect stands out to me
A vacuum temporarily forms around the consumer, resulting in near-immediate death.
The wording is fairly vague compared to the previous descriptions. How "temporary" is this vacuum? Is it just around the subject's head or does it surround their body? What shape is it? Does the vacuum's formation remove the air in the subject's lungs? (this last one is important)
Brief exposure to hard vacuum is not lethal. The primary hazard of sudden decompression is air in the subject's lungs causing ruptures as it expands, which can be avoided by exhaling. After that, it's estimated that a human can survive over a minute in hard vacuum. If the vacuum persists that long, cause of death would be asphyxiation.
