This is a really interesting concept that, by my understanding, explores the effects of accidentally hooking the taken-for-granted SRAs up to a totally living universe. If the "dead" universe's Foundation hadn't done the same thing to balance it out, they would've surely been destroyed by the current-universe Foundation's ignorance. I think it's a decent mystery, and individual components are certainly interesting (many of the experiments are interesting, creative SCP objects in and of themselves, and I liked the dialogue/notes on their own).
I do feel like the concept isn't explored as much as I would've hoped; the mystery's reveal in Addendum 9 is brief, nonchalant, and dry, and it barely explores any further implications before moving on. That part of the ending didn't really stick for me, and same goes for Moor's arc, which honestly feels sidelined. The whole article does feel a little messy, with all the many moving parts that include one-time characters, graphs and charts (??), and experiment logs that while individually cool don't actually relate to the core mystery (also, like, some typos and formatting quirks). I didn't really find myself engaging with Moor or any other character at all, and I honestly wonder if this could've used less characters so more time could be spent fleshing out either the important ones, or focusing on the anomaly instead.
Novote, I like the concept but think the execution leaves more to be desired.
