It's a telepath drug? Sounds like something from Babalon Five. That having been said, has the manufacturer been found? is there a hunt for the manufacturer?

Also, what makes this creepy? It seems to be some sort of weird psycidelic mind delving experence, but other then the fact that it's a drug I don't see what's up

It's on the loose in public. It can cause major security threats. Ect.

Imagin an o-5 getting his memories cleaned out by a member of the chaos insugency. or worse, a news reporter wanting a story and discovers the foundation.

It's more of a threat to security than a physical one.

The description is really wordy. I had to wade through what the stuff looks like, what it's called, what it comes in, how there are impurities… When I read an SCP, though I want that information, I don't want to know what it comes in. I want to know what it does to me.

The purpose of describing its chemical purity and its manufacture were to point out in an indirect way it was produced by a central source toward some to-date unknown purpose. No megacorp or shady cabal produces something like this and sells it as a street drug just for kicks. Wondering WHY there is cosmetic variation is meant to make the reader wonder what else they don't know about its purpose. As for the slang descriptions, that was more to emphasize how many people in the world not only are aware of this SCP, but of its actual effects. Imagine an SCP well known enough to have its own slang, albeit within the more limited confines of drug culture. That was meant to suggest the difficulty of achieving the Contain in SCP, since it's reached a (comparatively) high level of exposure, presumably by design. Of course, if it is too wordy to convey that, it may well do with some condensing.

I agree, this reads exactly like a scientific document should; no researcher or spec ops is going to know the slang, and in this case they need to.

When i was reading this i was thinking it would be interesting if some D-Class overdosed during an experiment and had to take the place of a now amnesia-afflicted doctor. But anyways, i liked it

This is quite interesting, but does it really make sense to expunge part of the security procedures? People sort of need to know those if they're going to handle them.

Seconded. Also, the Foundation wouldn't refer to the guy in the interview log as Crimson Andrew. Maybe as "Subject" or "████████". But not by a nickname.

This one stroke a particular chord with me, not because I lost a loved one to drugs, but because I really value all my memories and experiences. Most people have at least one thing they are fond of remembering, and this SCP can take that away forever. *shivers* The drug dealer's description of the effects and his last line were very interesting.

There shouldn't be a [REDACTED] in the Special Containment Procedures, and "Crimson Andrew" should be refferred to as "the subject", as others have stated.

I see that the redacted section in the containment procedures has been fixed, but otherwise I agree with previous assertions regarding "Crimson Andrew". Either "the subject" or an impromptu D-class designation would be more appropriate.
Also:

Crimson Andrew: You remember your fifth birthday?
Dr. ██████: I don't see how that's relevant.
Crimson Andrew: Just, fuck, do you remember or not?
Dr. ██████: Yes, I do.
Crimson Andrew: How was it?
Dr. ██████: I really don't…
Crimson Andrew: (shouting) How the fuck was it?
Dr. ██████: It was very nice.

It may just be me, but it seems odd that any Foundation interrogation would allow a drug dealer to turn the tables and start barking questions back. It lends itself well to the log as a whole, 'telling the story' and being a well written portion that adds to the page as a whole (bollocks to the guidelines, is what that means), I just thought I'd point that out. Definitely upvoted.
