Thanks to The Smiling Friends Go to Brazil for giving me the idea of a stressful bottle episode¹ with the O5's. The rest of this was inspired at its core by one of my favorite articles, SCP-028-J by DrMagnus, which if you're familiar with then you probably noticed all the little references throughout the document. I'd also like to thank Windows 10 for updating my computer whether I want it or not. Your protrayal here came from a very emotional place.

Thanks to AwhRyan, P0rcelain, Perdoh, and Matthgeek for critting this. This article wouldn't be what it is without them.

this goes on for far too long and the dilaogue is not compelling or funny enough to carry it through to the ending, which delivers what is in my opinion a weak punchline.

Agreed on this — it's going for a "who's on first" type thing but the issue is that every individual line in that is funny, whereas this drags on without every line having its own punchline

I actually found this one really goddamn funny as someone deeply into computer science who had BitLocker randomly encrypt their hard drive. Had to fight IT on a time limit lmao.

It’s way too long, but personally really enjoyed the final punchline. Cut down I’d say solid +1, as is, just baaaarely funny enough for me to say +1.

The dialogue dragged on a bit too long in my opinion, but it managed to make me chuckle a few times (especially the ending punchline), so I'll still give it a +1.

This isn't funny enough to be a -J and doesn't take itself seriously enough to be on the mainlist. So it's a -1 from me. Try pushing it more towards one of those extremes instead of being in the middle of the road.

I’m unsure if the punchline of this was supposed to be “windows bad” or “O5s are technologically illiterate old people” but either way I didn’t find this that funny. And was it necessary to make one of them racist?
