I mean, it's ok, but it didn't make me laugh so it's failed as a -J.
Honestly I'm neutral on this, because it's just…bland to me.

This is the discussion related to the wiki page SCP-1595-J.
While the article is in its more proper place, the joke is presented rather blandly. I got the joke from the first paragraph alone, and it just dragged the same thing throughout the article without doing anything to it.
Too much for one joke, which I don't find funny anyway.
I forgot it was a -J as I was reading this, which is both a good and bad thing. Good in that the tone is fairly alright and it isn't trying too hard to be funny…but bad because I didn't find myself thinking the article was particularly humourous. It was amusing and I could see where you were going with it, but it's a no-vote for now.

Yeah. I confess. Because I profoundly dislike seeing lovers (no, I won't name names - my sister would be very mad at me) being overly demonstrative in the presence of other people… That's why. I feel avenged. ;-P
Only nitpick: I think this would be even better if you described more what seeing them together can do, what hearing them together can do, and what seeing AND hearing them together can do. You could go a bit crazy with the latter…! Which would justify the -J more; right now, this could easily be a mainlist SCP, I think.
Anyway. I like it. Upvote!

It made me laugh, and I enjoyed the concept. At times I did forget I was reading a -J however at other times it came back to me.

I'd have to agree with some of the posts above; the joke got old pretty quickly. I liked some of the sentences, but the joke didn't really make me laugh or whatever. I'll have to forgo voting for now.
