This is for RemixCon2023. Remix of SCP-765.

This is kinda poetic in a way, y'know. First draft followed the standard format, managed to write until the description until I decided I didn't like it and rewrite it. Then, I made a rough interview including two researchers with very cheeky names. After looking over it for a while, I threw it all away again and made a format screw instead, the one you see before you. Even then, it took me a couple of tried to get my foot in. I managed to finish it soon enough, despite my worries. I'm just glad I won't have to sit through that.

Enough about me, though. Cheers to cubeflix, IndustryStandard, ThatGuyThatTime and PoufyPoufson for taking a looksie. Indy especially since he basically took my draft and split it in half. And as always, thank you for reading. See you next time.

this is fine i think.

tonally melancholic then hopeful. the internal monologues are executed decently, maybe the prose could be tightened up in some places, and by their nature they don't really take advantage of the SCP format and suffer from not being in a more freeform format. you made that choice and it's one i don't fully agree with artistically but i think you did about as well as you could within the constraints you put on yourself

This one is very good. The prose is definitely the standout here, I love reading through this whole monologue as we get to see the protagonist struggle with writer’s block. Very good remix of an article which did have a very interesting concept, but there wasn’t much done with it, and I think this remix does this concept justice, and is better executed than the original. Sure, the prose can be tightened up in a few places, but I still quite enjoy it. Good work, wink.

I like it; simple, but very effective. The way you go between skip proper and inner narration is real nice too.
