This is a reimagining of Sometimes I Go Out In Pity For Myself told through my personal language and a tribute to one of the pieces of this site burned hottest into my memory. A challenge to write in many ways, but one most rewarding. Hope you enjoyed.

The feeling of loneliness this article evokes is unexplainable to me. Despite all the dialogue in the entire piece, cryptic or not, the latter parts of the article have made me experience that feeling pretty profoundly.

This is an awesome piece with an incredible prose and pacing. Great job.

I really like this, and I can't quite articulate why. The piece has such an interesting energy, this sort of journey of defeat, of futility, and yet there is a beauty within it. Gotta admit that 2614 did warp my perception of this piece, as it's one of my favorites too, but even then, I must admire how different the direction of this one is comparatively, yet nails that same unsettling feel.
