Is there enough to make me care about trying to try to click my way through a bunch of false starts when there are better ways to spend my time? Y[ ] N[x]
Even after I do sort my way through it, do I find anything interesting? Y[ ] N[X]
EDIT: Okay, I might as well elaborate a bit. this is what happened when Silber took a shot at a similar concept. Take a look at it. Even the false starts are cleverly done. The story gives you a good reward/effort return (as opposed to this, which gives low satisfaction for high effort), and is actually interesting. Even the throwaway parts that are just meant to get you to click back give you something unique and cool to read. Because that's how stories should be. Everything should have a purpose, everything should give the reader some reason to care about reading further. This actively works against me giving a shit.
So basically I'm saying that this is a small amount of content buried under a hill of nothing, using a cheap trick that isn't particularly groundbreaking or unique to try to hide that fact.
A brief summary of my standards.
