Fantastic file! A little abnormal for an SCP file, as it gives more story than the actual SCP, but I think that works quite well with what you've written up. After all, abnormal does not mean bad, and I think you did a great job of conveying a good story while keeping it entirely relevant to the incident. Loved the pacing of it too. It didn't feel too quick and rushed, but also not dragged on for too long. Overall, nice job :)
Edit: Just noticed a little something. In the description, perhaps it'd be better to clarify what the SCP is before describing where and how it occurred. As in: "…was an anomalous event that took place on June 4th, 2021, in which Site-18 Facility Director Iovanius Neer was instantaneously vaporized." should perhaps be at the end of the description, along with where the description of the crater left behind was. This might allow for some clarity on what the SCP was first (the beam of light) and then its effect on the office and on Neer.
