I don't think so, since the SCP foundation isn't owned by some major company, and a lot of times when crossovers try to happen, they get a lot of criticism and hate.

Well, that depends what you're talking about. Are you talking about stories where the SCP foundation crosses over with other properties, because we have a selection of that. Project Crossover. I recommend reading it quickly, as apparently all of the tales are going to be deleted soon.

If you're talking about SCP's that reference creepypasta and other properties, we have a couple of those. I believe I remember reading a "Jeff the Killer" SCP a while back.

Not that I know of, no. I've seen plenty of SCPs and Tales reference real-life properties. As long as the writing's good, you should be fine.
