Hello everyone, it's been a while. I hope you enjoy my entry into GoblinCon that I posted last minute because writer's block sucks and because my week has been hella busy.

I've been meaning to write a SIMULACRUM piece for a while, and an idea similar to this one had been floating in my head for some time, and this contest seemed like a great way to finally put pen to paper (or hand to keyboard). This piece is inspired by the Yandere Simulator 5,000 polygon toothbrush, but I went with a higher number since I feel like SIMULACRUM could easily handle 5,000 polygons.

Almost a bit of a shame that this turned out to be in a simulation, because I quite like these weird reality-changes anomalies from time to time. However the later offsets still work as a good explanation of it all. Good article, +1

I really like this. The idea of glitch is palpable, but in a very subtle way until you really make it obvious, and the escalation was a delight to read. How Simulacrum is involved, and the last bit were really good as well.

I like this one a lot. The escalation here was done very well, and then when we get to the twist, all of this madness is revealed to be caused by one extremely large file size and simulation antics, which is very funny and very well handled. Well done.
