Yeah, I know it won't ever happen, since new SCPs always crop up. The actual goal of this artistic challenge is to catch up to what is the current maximum of SCPs on this site (all 001s to 7999). I am starting with, obviously, 001. The Proposals will be in no particular order but after them, I will draw every SCP in numerical order. I will not, however, draw -J's (maybe afterwards).
This endeavor can be viewed on my Twitter account (check my user info), where I am most active but I will also try to post my progress here. I am a complete newbie as to how to use this site but I will quickly learn.
Here's the first drawing of this journey: Captain Kirby's Proposal of SCP-001 "O5-13"
Great art! Can you draw Bright's proposal next?
edit: On a more serious note, you're supposed to collapse images in the forums.
Wait, I can do forum signatures?
Thanks, I just figured out how collapsibles work.
I might do Bright's Proposal next but my brain's been itching on Gate Guardian. I'm gonna get the more popular ones over with, then my favorites, then the rest.
I think it's best if I just keep uploading the drawings here, instead of always creating a new post in the forum. Less clutter, I think. Unless I'm wrong, then let me know.
Anyways, here's Dr. Clef's Proposal of SCP-001 "The Gate Guardian"
After doing the math, if I were to draw 1 SCP per day, then I would be roughly 42 years old by the time I catch up. This endeavor is ridiculous but in a good way. Though, I've been reconsidering just doing the Proposals instead but I guess I'll make up my mind whenever I finishing drawing all 44 of them.
Here's McDoctorate's Proposal of SCP-001 "The Placeholder"
Here's Bright's Proposal of SCP-001 "The Factory"
This one's for you, LandAdmiralQuercus.
(Sheds manly tear) It-it's more beautiful than I could ever have imagined! Here, have a coffee: (|_|
And a donut: (0)
And a +1 (even though I can't upvote forum threads).
Wait, I can do forum signatures?
Thanks. I even ate a donut this morning, funny enough.
All this fanart made me remember that I once wrote an SCP. It wasn't any good and I had no clue what I was doing back then. Luckily, I archived it in a Google Doc and man my 2018 writing was bad! I've gotten a helluva lot better at writing, so I'm gonna rewrite it.
Here's S. Andrew Swann's Proposal of SCP-001 "The Database"
I've been having difficulty linking the file's themselves. McD's & Clef's I'm able to link fine but Bright's & Swann's just leads to a nonexistent page, when the article itself still exists. Probably some annoying glitch, tbh.
