its a very, very generic scp. i could follow through the plot, but i already know where this is going. there are semblances of a character arc here — Dr. Wundt starts out as a nonbeliever in psychology, but as they interview the people in it, they slowly come to accept SCP-XXXX, even proposing to use it in other areas. otherwise, the people in the story serve to do one thing: make wundt realize this.
this leads to most of your characters feeling flat af, which isn't a crime, but with that many characters, you might as well have one character just talking to them. spreading your characterization out over 4 characters in such a short story leads to most of them feeling shallow.
even though there is an arc for wundt, we don't really get to see them as a character — again, they feel flat. they don't feel like they have an internal motivation, nor do they feel like they have an internal life — they just serve to drive the plot forward.
the formatting is also a bit of a work — the way the footnotes are placed means that it breaks my flow, and i would recommend looking up wikidot's markdown system to further format your work.
overall, the idea is simple, however the way it is played out means it becomes generic as hell. i could see a version of this where the anomaly is very simple, yet there is this character study of a person through their patient.
