Central Narrative: idk, how they figured out whats up with this weird cat

This needs literally everything to be added to it. Probably the biggest question being, How in the holy hell could anyone know a cat is communicating to them through global linguistic language patterns, and then to have the foundation, of all entities, find any necessity to contain it?

I don't want to discourage any idea. If you can answer this question my mind will be blown. But to me, personally, this is something that can only make sense in a dream.

maybe a shift in perspective is needed?

You should omit the genre, page layout and hooks because not only those empty spaces not serve any purpose, all they do is clutter your post w/crap.
Btw, how did the Foundation contain the cat? Where was it found? And you should replace "article" with SCP article. Even though you're not seeking greenlights, you still have to write a quality post!

This is not useful feedback for the author. While those sections are optional, they do still serve some level of purpose in idea development. Encourage the author to find a hook- questions like "what about your article do you think is original/going to catch readers' attention?" are a great way to help the author develop their concept further.

i like it! looks simple but there’s a lot of potential involved. if the main narrative revolves around why the cat is doing what it is though, maybe it would be more interesting to explore the why or the reason rather than just the process of the foundation figuring it out? if that makes sense. maybe the words or phrases it’s manipulating is trying to convey/relay a message of some importance, and when the foundation finally pieces it together, they find something out about the anomaly or what it’s tied to. maybe it’s communicating and just wants to say hi. maybe it’s actually a relay for some other anomalous force.
there’s a bunch you can do with the concept! just throwing some stuff out, sorry if I’m accidentally hijacking this idea.
