Here is the sandbox. It's the tab called "uhh uhh stupid -J thing". Thank you to WrongJohnSilver for reviewing it before I posted here. (I think I might always make you do that, John, sorrynotsorry…) Also, only fair to warn you that some of the text is a tad NSFW.

I made this post on Tumblr, and then I realized I really wanted it to be canon, so here we are. (Just like last time.)

+ spoilers, if you read through it and feel like there's something missing:

Check the page source; those last messages aren't actually blank. The pattern screamers made a fake dating app because they were bored and wanted to watch the chaos unfold.

Which they'd never canonically do. Hence why this is a -J.

I really appreciated the post the first time I saw it on tumblr, but I'm not sure it really works here. It's an interesting and pretty well thought out idea, but it isn't quite funny enough (for me) to work as a -J.

Fair enough. Honestly, I fully considered writing the entire article in hyperbole, but we just have so much of that in the -J section and I wanted to stick with the tone of a real article as best I could and let the content be the joke. Do you think hyperbole would be better, though? Or does it just need more one-liners?

I think a healthy mix of the two could really improve the article, but lean more towards (clever) one-liners.

Also, as I'm sure you know, -Js are pretty subjective, so don't let my personal sense of humor push you in one direction or another if you don't want to take the article there.
