Overall:
So my issue with this draft is not that it's too whacky, it's not whacky enough. I feel like this article doesn't use its primary concept to its fullest extent. This thing feels like a conspiracy theorist's gold mine and had the article explored multiple people learning about SCPs and posting them to the net and the subsequent discussion and talk surrounding it, could of lead to some good humor. However, we only get one SCP used like this and we don't even see what the discussion leads to.
Finally, the ending with the crocodile wasn't set up enough to be a good enough punchline and just came off as random. It just leaves me wondering why this secret society fo anomalous crocodiles built a device like this in the first place.
