Overall, I was left confused? I didn't quite understand what kind of story was going on here. From what I gather, Site-901 was attacked, essentially, by a thing. An entity capable of effectively erasing people or turning them into antimemes or something of that sort. However, I just didn't really care. I never really got emotionally invested in anyone or anything in this piece.
It felt too far removed from the characters. Not to mention, Howard and Lincoln's dialogue was pretty rough to get through. Both sound a bit too melodramatic for a realistic conversation.
The ConProcs and Description could use a bit of a clinical tone clean up as well. Particularly, the anomaly appears to be an entity, not a series of events. So, the fact that the description says the anomaly are the disappearances and not the entity is a bit weird to me.
Ultimately, I think there needs to be more emotional investment into the characters. It's entirely possible, though, that my misgivings can be attributed solely to the dialogue. You also need to space out the dialogue more, physically. It's really hard to read those long blocks of text followed by more long blocks of text. Finally, I don't quite like how this SCP is about this uber-powerful entity that is capable of shutting down an entire site. It just feels off to me to have an entire site vanish to one single entity, who shouldn't have been able to without somebody being notified about its existence.
