Seeking Crit on my Peliminary draft

Please read the top section for the draft of my new SCP. I am posting this draft against better judgment on my part as I have lost nearly a week's worth of sleep debating with myself whether I should make the draft or not (So I did, just to alleviate my anxiety). This was based off of a dream I had a few months ago and since then, I have kept a word doc version of it so I don't forget what happened on that fateful night. If you find anything worth changing, let me know so I can improve upon this idea of mine.
