Now for the review. Seconding the guy above me but there are bigger problems. One of which is including a specific doctor in the conprocs, this needs to be general instructions just in case they die. Secondly why kill the -2s? Why not try to capture and contain them. Also what happened to the -1? You don't even tell what it is.
Another big problem is how is this an anomaly? It's a mountain where when you climb it you experience the symptoms of…. climbing a mountain. And again with the -2s, they are just funky hominids? That's it? There are people who just live on mountains, whats the big deal?
This Idea definitely needed more fleshing out before posting.

The entity resides inside of a cube. The cube is approximately nine meters tall and 6 meters wide, the cube is classified as SCP-6476-2. Every 2 years, the cube will glow in a bright red tone. When the cube is viewed for more than 30 seconds the viewer will become nauseous, will go pale, then eventually lose sight and die. If the containment procedures are not completed, SCP-6476-1 will materialize above the cube. SCP-6475-1 is a humanoid figure, it appears to be female with unknown decent. SCP-6476-1 is pitch black, it has fur but the texture is slimy. The creature has a halo that begins at the top of her head, and ends at the base of the neck. She also has the head of a deer's skull. The entity is able to get into people's minds.

SCP-Consuelo-J's appearance varies but always appears as a humanoid figure bearing a large pot of chorizo stew. Despite SCP-Consuelo-J's abilities to disguise itself, it will always verbally identify itself as SCP-Consuelo-J, express its lack of hostility towards the SCP Foundation, and offer chorizo stew. It is unknown exactly how SCP-Consuelo-J is able to feasibly produce and transport large quantities of chorizo stew sufficient to feed all of Site-19, or where it goes between manifestations.

SCP-7679 is a male member of the species leopardus pardalis, weighing approximately 13.61 kilograms. It has a height of 88.9 centimetres, and has a fur pattern normal to that of non-anomalous members of its species. The object’s main anomalous ability is the constant emission of a highly toxic compound that is harmful to living organisms, besides itself. After testing, it was concluded that this compound is a powerful nerve gas known as Ethylsarin (EA-1209). This compound is extremely hazardous to humans, and any amount of contact with the compound can cause death within a matter of minutes.

If not eliminated before the face is fully peeled of SCP-7063-1's head, SCP-7063-1 is now known as SCP-7063 and it's original face will rot at a unnatural pace.

My problem with this article is that it doesn't really go anywhere. It's just the O5 reacting frantically to an anomalous event and covering it up like any other skip. I mean, there is an underlying potential for a narrative written in the dialogue, with some of them questioning how they're essentially hiding the complete opposite of a world-ending anomaly, but again, it ends before it even starts.
Novote, as I do see it working under a decent story. But just as Rigball said, it sorta comes off as just an abrupt EoD-type article.

It has a coat of a brown, fur-like substance. It enjoys being talked to by foundation staff, and often brags about its "dashing good looks." If it is within fifty feet of a physical picture of itself, it can copy its consciousness into that picture, creating an instance of SCP-7059-1. SCP-7059-1 is a physical picture with a sentient version of SCP-7059 stuck inside of it. Instances of SCP-7059-1 can move around in the picture, and can talk and interact with humans. If a picture of SCP-7059, physical or digital, is being observed anywhere in the world, it can transform anyone observing it into an instance of SCP-7059-2. SCP-7059-2 is typically a human being with canid ears, and a canid tail. Instances of SCP-07059-2 are hostile towards any and all other life-forms, including other instances of SCP-7059-2.

SCP-6149 is a planet sized organism which resembles a unicellular amoeboid in the genus toxoplasma. it was first observed by NASA scientists, who were observing the cosmos through the [redacted] space telescope, which has been consumed by said anomaly. 6149 is approximately 1.89813 kilograms in mass, and it's nucleus is approximately 3,150 miles in diameter. SCP-6149 traverses through the galaxy through the use of pseudopodia, as well as the firing of waste materials through a series of pores when in its cyst state. It has been noted that SCP-6149 is attracted to the gravitational pull of planets, stars, moons, and even gravitational singularities, which this anomaly has been observed consuming. It has also been observed using the gravity of larger stellar objects as a sort of gravitational slingshot to propel itself across great distances.

At 9:21 pm that same day SCP-7763-1 entered earth's atmosphere and hit the Atlas Theater, colliding with Atlas Performing Arts executive director, 61-year-old Bridget Taylor. Mrs. Taylor was the middle of what students at Atlas described as a "Miss Bridget Tirade"5. Mrs. Taylor was killed instantly when SCP-7763-1 stuck her, it then collided with the back wall and finally came rest within the seating of the Atlas Theater.
