Part of the horror being delivered via the fact that this is "normal" to this Foundation was very clever, bravo.

Pexels has adapted Pexels License since July 2018; only images uploaded before then are considered CC0. The "Woman Opening Her Mouth" which is used as a material for the second image was posted in 2020, so unfortunately it is not compatible with the SCP wiki's CC BY-SA 3.0 license.

All those little nods to some deeper problem going on were nice, but felt too surface-level to affect me much. Overall I felt the article suffered from a lack of emotional connection with those afflicted. I understand that this is somewhat typical for SCP articles and can be used to characterise the Foundation, its environment, and its scientists, but in this case I found it hard to really appreciate much of the body horror going on as a result.
That first image is pretty nice, though the cropping and added noise do it no favours. I definitely appreciated the footnote explaining that they didn't put the entire ocean in the building though :D
I have good news for you my friend if emotion is what you're after this is actually the first article I've ever written that is NOT 94% character dialogue about feelings xD

The images are amazing, and I love them, but the article itself feels… Empty. The anomaly itself is interesting, and the little nods to this new world are interesting, but they just don't build upon this world enough to really be all that interesting. I wish there was more, or that the main anomaly felt more… impactful, I suppose.
So yeah, overall, it's not a bad article, but I wasn't a fan of the execution. Novote.
that first image, christ. this is definitely one of the more unnerving anthology pieces, especially through what it doesn't say; i did a double-take at "non-predatory uv light," and the subsequent asides do a really nice job of building up the feeling that something larger is deeply wrong here. very nicely done.
