Central Narrative: the story is about scientist testing the pill on dclass when the scientist test it on a d class that like cockroaches they thought it doesnt effect the d class, they found out the d class gain the ability to transform into a sentient cockroaches when the d class escape using it powers the scientist is now very mad.
