Thor, God of lightning and storms, indirectly killed Blonsky due to a lightning bolt, which leads to him being transmuted into Blonsky.
Blonsky always takes the place of the entity that killed him, so he probably appeared wherever Thor was residing at the time, and I can only guess he went a little coo coo and made some weather skips go wild. And because Thor stopped existing, a handful of lightning and storm related anomalies ceased to function
Really funny idea that gets a +1 out of me.
Just one thing: the final addendum in the first chunk of the article says that Blonsky was struck by lightning in November 2020, while the alert from ETTRA says that the weather going haywire occurred in November 2019. Given the punchline, is that a mistype or am I just missing a crucial nugget of chronology?
