Seeking Greenlight - Speed isn't the Limit

Elevator Pitch: It's a traditional Speed Limit sign which has the ability to manipulate vehicles when it changes the words on its sign posting.

Central Narrative: Essentially the concept is that the freeway is a where most accidents can be easily written off for many reasons. Because of the speed of the cars, it would be hard to discover the anomaly easily. However, when traffic dies down at night, it's not uncommon to see cars on the side of the road for various problems. It's not until an unexplained accident leads to the anomaly's discovery.

Hook/Attention-Grabber: As I examined the road for markings of tires veering opposite the victim's vehicle, that's when I noticed the Speed Limit sign. Rather than it's intended message it read, simply: "Turn Right".

I can already kind of get the picture if I am not mistaken. A stop sign that messes with other cars to cause them to crash or get lost or some problem. Is this SCP sentient, does it have motives? If it does I think you should say more about it in your central narrative. If not, then there’s a suggestion. Other than that I really like your idea of a sign messing with cars.
