I don't know how these bots operate, but looking at this and the content people were posting in the Official Subreddit, it really looks they just fed the bots the first 200 SCPs on the list and carried on with that. If you account all the +6750 mainlist SCPs we have today, the average "well formated" SCP likely won't read like this.

The only implication on this article is that the room "appears" to be empty, yet "something" is preventing people from reaching the second doorknob each time, it's too vague for inspiring me to think of an interesting conclusion withouth being too elaborate.
