[Discussion] Front Page International Branches Update

http://mast-nav.wikidot.com/outgoing-box - Proposed new Front Page International Branches, with WL link for context. Initial reception from INT folks seem positive.
Changes
- Bring International Translation Archive's placement more in line with Wanderer's Library presentation.
- Made INT more prominent, with a short blurb and description.
- Put the rest of the branches in a collapsible so as to be less overwhelming.
- (Not technically INT, but removed "is the Foundation's sister site and" from WL's description to reduce redundancy.)
Concerns
- Collapsible may not be obvious - A dropdown arrow could be added?
- Does order of WL above INT matter? Needs more opinions.
The discussion will last for 7 days, after which the described changes (and further reasonable proposals) will be implemented unless serious concerns are raised. In the event of split opinions, a vote will be held to decide the outcome.
