I like the idea that the Foundation's world used to be a bit more costumed supervillains until they decided to not do that anymore. That said, this has a few editing errors, and the revelation that he was talking to some random person at the end kinda killed it for me.

Really liking your take on the earlier days of the foundation.
Moving the chess pieces around until you don't have to sacrifice all the pawns to contain the queens. I like.
And really, you do want just the right person to help you continue your mission to stop needless sacrifice. Like with using pigs to satiate SCPs that aren't picky as long as they get enough meat -someone has to care enough to find out which ones don't care about the difference between pork and long pork.
