G'day
Aside from the fact that this is in clear violation of the greenlighting policy, what is there to critique? It ends before anything can begin, and poorly describes your concept. It goes way too fast in too short of a time and doesn't take the time to properly portray what this is or does. How is it global if it's a memetic pathogen?
SCP articles nowadays have evolved from the first 1000, which has caused the first series of articles to become a form of criticism, being that they are just strange objects, entities, or just weird shit cuz why not? This is something that I can say here. There is something weird, then it ends.
Articles nowadays have become short stories, providing a narrative of some form and ending it off at an appropriate time. It's very rare that an execution of a concept is not something in some form like that wherein it succeeds, this is an example where it will not work.
Good day.
