I found my way here after reading another post by the author of this article and… yeah, this one has many things wrong with it.
First, the object class. While I'm the more traditional sort who prefers the original 3 and the occasional Thaumiel, this is a pen, an inanimate and non sentient object, with toxic ink that doesn't run out. In terms of containment difficulty, it's Safe. Not Keter. Safe. Its not going to up and walk away. Risk levels are a different concept from object classes entirely.
Next, the description. You take the entire article to explain what your item that killed people was. On the one hand, you got me to read the full thing. On the other, I feel cheated. Next, the body count. While there's nothing inherently wrong about mass slaughter of D-class, do you really think it would take 10,000 fatalities for the Foundation to catch on? This threatens my suspension of disbelief.
Finally, does this thing really need to be cleaned and held in such a specific way? If the ink is toxic, it can just be placed in a bag in some locker labeled, 'do not touch' and never see the light of day.

Scp 6370 is a field in the middle of a patch of woods in [REDACTED], Oregon. The field is covered in Poa Pratensis or otherwise known as Kentucky Bluegrass. The field covers 9 acres of land, it looks over a lake and tall mountain with a snowy peak that stays snowy all year round.

I usually like SCPs that mess with the overall format and text and such (most often called "Format Screws"), but this just goes absolutely nowhere with the concept. There's nothing really unique or interesting about the anomaly itself or and the narrative presented here is just weak.

SCP-6980 is more commonly known as "Just A Kid In A Sheet" because of it's blankety and humanoid appearance. SCP-6980 resembles a ghost-like figure. Upon coming to contact with the ghost-like figure, you will experience severe levels of un-curable paranoia and insomnia. You will also experience major sleep-paralysis and eerie laughter echoing inside your head. The effects will last for 3 days and by the time the effects go away, you will be permanently scared with the sense of a presence around you that was never there. As well as this, you could start to recall things that never happened or start picturing things that never existed. Similar to SCP-173, it wont move if you remain direct eye contact. The second eye contact breaks it will take steps forward at a time. 3 eyes must be on SCP-6980 at all times to prevent it moving. SCP-6980 will talked when asked to, but if the questions are directed to anything about SCP-6980 it will become silent and ignore the question. Upon the person asking 3 times SCP-6980 will attack the person.

Your article doesn't start off that badly. The containment procedures section is a bit simple, but generally solid. Some people say its the meat of an article, I say this section should be need-to-know stuff. I don't have a real complaint with this part.
The description is where you lose me completely. Clinical tone is almost completely non-present, and you use the second person to refer to the reader, which is something you really shouldn't do.
The log and the addendum have no context and provide no useful information, to the point that they may as well not be there.
As for content itself… It seems like you wanted to write a better 173. I'm not going to tell you that you shouldn't do that, but I will say that it won't end well.
SCPs are hard to write. I've tried. You won't find mine. But that is why there's forums where you can have a draft reviewed, and people can make your article better, rather than simply posting it and wondering why no one likes it.
No one has to justify their vote, per site rules. The time for critique is before you post, anything after is a courtesy.
That said, the article has numerous issues on the writing side, including use of second-person phrasing, stilted sentences, and disorganized presentation of information. More importantly and fundamentally, the core idea starts with a generic thing that makes you go crazy and does nothing interesting with it.

The new found SCP is best described has a tall Dark Red figure with eyes that are very human-like, except it's eyes are lacking of a pupil. It screeches at the guards, it's mouth opening wide enough that it would appear it's jaw is unhinged. The screech is enough to shatter the eardrums of the guards and Scientist, they all fall to the ground. The new SCP opens the door using its claws to unhinge the door. The SCP that was contained in the room was none other than SCP-682. The hairy reptile looks rather confuse, the footage on the cameras cut due to the new SCP slashing it. The Faculty goes into maximum lockdown and evacuates all guards except two teams consisting on 10 each and all scientists and others but one, the scientist was a man named Theodore Hartphelp and he was on the case to figure out what they were dealing with. Guards were sent to detain the two SCPs, during this time the Scientist made a code for it, SCP-6165.

There's no point or any justifiable reason for the article to be written this way and not follow the proper format. This just looks and seems like a really badly-written Tale, with tons of SPaG and grammatical errors. And the anomaly itself is just so basic that exactly follows the standard "murder-monster-that-kills-for-no-reason" trope. There's not really any story or narrative for me to be either interested in or invested in it.

Now, why would scientists need to accompany guards to attack Guy? The locked door to 682, I feel like that would be a bit more secure than a locked wooden door.

SCP-682 was spitting acid to get to him, he only had one option, flee the faculty, he heard SCP-683 coming from the left door, so he ran through the right door, he is so close to the exit, just a few more turns and doors, but there at the final hall stood SCP-6165.
This is one sentence. Also, Object Permenance, where is guy and what is he doing at all times? He was in one place and now he's here?
He saw a guard with a flash bang grenade and picked it up, he threw it at the entity, it went off and just as SCP-682 turned the corner to corner the doctor the monster lunged forward screeching and clawing but the scientist was prepared, he had grabbed some ear muffles, he puts them on and dodges out of the way as best he can getting clawed on hit side.
One. Sentence. SPaG. Changing designations: Monster, doctor, he, they, entity, new scp, scientist. Pick one and stick with it. Where did these ear muffles come from?
The monster lunges at SCP-682.
Too long of a sentence, too short of a sentence. All in all, a summarized series of events.
THe scientist sits, leaned against the wall bleeding out, he films the event.
Instead of running for his life he decides to pull out his phone and film it for his Tiktok account.
SCP-6165 is fighting SCP-682, acid is spat onto SCP-6265's shoulder and it screeches again, it claws at SCP-682, no result.
SCP-683 and now SCP-6265, all we need now is an SPC designation.
Theodore Hartphelp army crawls to a guard holding a tranquilizer gun, and shoots the two beasts effectively taking them both down, for a while, the def guards awake in time to detain the two subjects and patch up Theodore Hartphelp.
A nerf dart gun takes down the great big bad 682.
SCP 6165 easily could have been defeated if Theodore Hartphelp let SCP-682 kill it.

The SCP was studied and tested on and new details have been found, it has the ability to regenerate and it has no ears, this is why it is unaffected by its own screeches, lasly it can grow its claws and decrease there length at will.

The Starving Witch is an elderly woman apparently around 80 years old. Her skin is greyish and she is completely bald. Her teeth are extremely sharp so she can eat any material such as stone, plastic, wood, steel, including people, which is her favorite food according to her. The witch is truly insatiable, she's always hungry and dangerous, that's why she's called the Starving Witch and that's why it is so difficult to contain her - if her mouth reach out any surface, she will eat it until she's free.

The base anomaly here is just so basic and follows the standard "murder-monster" trope. The overall clinical tone here is just a complete mess and there are at times where you refer to the anomaly with she/her pronouns and the "Starving Witch", instead of "it" and its proper SCP designation.
Overall, there's nothing here that's overtly unique and it fails to fully invest the reader.
Let me cut right to the chase: It’s plain. It can eat through any surface with its teeth because why not, it prefers the taste of human flesh because why not, and on top of that, there is a lack of narrative. Also, anomalies in-universe should be referred to by their SCP designation, not a nickname.
The basic premise of this is basically "old woman who eats people who is also dangerous and always hungry." It tries to be scary without actually evoking any horror into the reader. If you want to spook them, you have to write a story. Such as a journal log, exploration log, anything that shows just how terrifying this anomaly is. Otherwise, it falls flat.
You should consider heading to the critique forums next time if you want to write a successful article. A concept like this is too one-note and uninteresting in my opinion, so I advice coming up with a more intriguing one instead. But if you still want to go through with the idea, you might as well pull out a very decent narrative out of it. Either way, though, good luck to you, author.

SCP-6938 appears to be an average gold plated bronze trophy closely resembling an Oscar award dating from 1953 appearing from the 25th Oscar award ceremony. The trophy will try and attack whoever attempts to destroy it in any way shape or form. The original owner [DATA REDACTED](deceased), was a winner during the 25th anniversary Oscar award ceremony. The original owner loved to tinker with just about anything, and circa 30 years after winning this trophy [DATA REDACTED] mysteriously disappeared. He always took notes of what he tinkered with.

SCP-6467 appears to be a lighter which does not seem to follow any of Euclid’s laws of geometry. It lacks most of the crucial parts of a functional lighter, except for the body, the fork, the spark wheel and the hood. The body itself seems to resemble a Penrose circle. It has no base and the inside is hollow, holding neither fuel nor batteries that we could detect.

SCP-6423-A is an elevated platform, with a set of stairs leading to it. SCP-6423-A is composed out of four circular pillars, seven metres in height, arranged in a square-pattern. SCP-6423-A1 to SCP-6423-A4 are all seperated at even intervals. SCP-6423-A1's to SCP-6423-A4's composition have not been identified.

SCP-6929 is a teenage boy aged ██ at about 4’5”. 6929 was found in a school in █████. The object displays anger towards the game ██████████ and killed one (1) teenage boy when the teenage boy insulted the game. Amnestics were given and a cover up story about the boy committing suicide was needed. Mobile Task Forces were dispatched in the containment of 6929. If the game ██████████ was insulted within close proximity of 6929, 6929 will breach containment until normal state is regained.

SCP-6512 is a 5m x 3m x 2m reectangle made of an unknown black material with a glass like half sphere in the middle and a smaller rectangular opening below it. The half sphere shoots out a light that scans any living thing in front of it and after waiting 2-3 minuets prints out a 5 meter long image of an anime girl / boy based on the personal preferences and fetishes of the subject.

EDIT: Oh geeze looking over this there's a few things you all didn't really think through. You demonize the anti-military protesters for one, but the biggest thing is the absolute mishandling of the Mesoamerican myth you use. There was no Mesoamerican goddess of Bolivia, and if there was her name would not be in Spanish. If you're intending for it to be Quetzalcoatl….that's not really a Bolivian myth and having the conquistadores team up with MC&D to kill it is…not a great look honestly.
Overall I don't think you're intentionally trying to be tasteless or offensive, but it very much reads like something you didn't really stop and think about the implications of.
I don't think it really makes sense to make up an entirely separate mythology and motive on top of a very clearly motivated sociopolitical conflict. like, was it really necessary to invent the Serpent goddess and (imo rather random) MC&D involvement when there's already mundane reason why these group are at war?
I'm pretty sure I got all the implications in the story that you (unfortunately) had to explain in the comments. I do like what you're doing here, i.e. "Elysium-12 is walking into a complex situation and trying to figure out what's going on with a variety of people who are all feeding her different stories." And I do think it's done well.
I don't know anything about the current(?) situation in Bolivia, so there's probably some parts of this (names and what-have-you) that's significance flies over my head, and I'm unsure of my vote you know what I'll upvote. I liked it, and if I later learn how this reflects the IRL situation and puts this article in a different perspective, then my vote might change or not.
I will say, I don't really like the idea of MC&D being gods (tho that's just personal preference). Carter being El Tio feels forced, imo.

SCP-6296 when in fear, makes said entity producing such fear in the child suddenly vanish. If the child is provoked by a non-living entity, a random living being will suddenly vanish. SCP-6296 or Abbygael as the child prefers, may get scared due to observations/testing. SCP-6296 has a long brown hair, blue eyes and is 5'4 in height. The child's parents is unknown nor is the child's origins.

The basic premise is honestly very interesting, but you never really explore the characterization of the anomaly itself. There's not really much here, no compelling narrative, no interesting hook, and nothing to keep the readers invested in the article.
There are also other problems, such as unnecessary redactions (why redact the site the anomaly is located?), a complete mess of clinical tone, the containment procedures referring to the reader in the second person ("You must have any more than…"), and finally, the classification of the anomaly as Thaumiel. Like, why? How can this be useful to the Foundation when its stated multiple times that the anomaly cannot be cross-tested with?
SCP-6778 is a collection of road signs and a road. The road signs deemed SCP-6778-1 & SCP-6778-2 are a No Outlet street sign and a street sign named Mori rd collectively. SCP-6778-3, the road itself, presumably Mori rd, follows SCP-6778-2 and does not appear on any form of GPS nor paper maps. The road appears to those who have been driving for a hour or more near Tama county in Iowa. Upon driving for more than 57min in this county, encountering an instance of SCP-6778-1 or SCP-6778-2 becomes likely however there appears to be no order or way of judging when or where these signs may appear. SCP-6778-1 and SCP-6778-2 will continue to appear until the area is exited or the road is turned on. If the road, presumably Mori rd, is to be turned on, after an undetermined amount of distance the driver will appear in a random intersection creating a fatal collision usually resulting in both driver and passenger’s death.

A Dark Rock
You are the newest member of MTF Epsilon-6,Village Idiots.It is your first time on the field and your group is tasked with retrieving and investigating anomalous inanimate objects.
Your team has been ordered to retrieve a suspected anomaly just outside of Redacted, Redacted. There has been multiple missing persons reports all seeming to be linked to a certain area just outside the town. Redacted, an undercover field agent in the area searched the area finding nothing out of the ordinary other than a stone. This is the object your group is to retrieve. It is a small and rather unremarkable looking rock, except for the fact that it is completely black. The object is approximately the size of a large marble or a golf ball and seems to be emitting a faint glow.

You look down at your phone, checking the map making sure you are heading the right way. You haven’t been in the area before and you are completely out of your element as you derive further and further from the city. Soon your GPS takes you off of the highway and through a slew of windy curves. You go on driving for a couple of miles trusting your phone’s directions. Eventually you get to a point where even your GPS doesn’t seem to recognize. It shows a three-way intersection, however you see a four-way. You read the street signs, you are currently on R Ave and your phone shows R Ave meets 320th St forming a “T”.

SCP-6425 is a sewing needle about 37mm long and 0.70mm wide, made from platinum. The spool of thread that is attached to the needle is SCP-6425-1, and is a normal strand of string. The length of SCP-6425-1 is 56.2cm, and has the ability to regrow if it is cut, slowly growing back the thread that was cut off, until it returns to its original length. If any living organism with wounds, missing organs, skin loss, or broken bones comes 1.609km of SCP-6425, it will immediately accelerate towards the organism, destroying anything that it can to get to the host. When SCP-6425 reaches the organism, it will break into the body, and SCP-6425-1 will attach itself to the bones and organs of the host, protecting them from any damage that might happen in the process. Then, SCP-6425 will start to rapidly advance towards the same organism as the host that is closest to it. Once SCP-6425 reaches the organism, it will enter their body, but instead of wrapping around the bones and organs for stability, it will rip out the organs or bones and take them back to the injured host and sew the taken organ or bone into their body, healing them of their wounds. If SCP-6425 is blocked by something it cannot break through, it will wait 1 minute, then deactivate.

Not a bad concept, the idea of the foundation going to these lengths to recover a password is pretty funny. However, I don't think you explored the concept enough to really mine the humour out of the concept – the ramp up to getting the president in felt a little rushed. Additionally, a lot of the dialogue felt quite stilted and wooden, which certainly got in the way of the comedy. I think you could slow this down, enjoy the scenery a little more, and get a very nice work out of it.

SCP-6779 is an anomaly who's body closely resembles a domestic canine, with the height of approximately 0.3 meters. Its appearance is a smooth, solid shade of dark grey that is consistent throughout its body. The surface of SCP-6779 has the behavior and texture of hard silicone rubber. The entity posses all four limbs, but lacks extremities such as paws, or a tail. Instead of paws, the legs end in stubs. It also lacks any visible orifices, or genitalia. This implies it lacks any digestive track, specified gender, or endocrine system typical of a canine.

The language, and quality of writing is actually pretty good, I think you did a decent job emulating what an SCP should feel like. The problem is the concept. I'm gonna be honest I have no idea what you were going for here. This is the longest possible way of saying magnetic dog makes other dogs scared. There's nothing more to the article. Personally I think with just this it would be hard to tell an interesting story, but not impossible and I'd love to see you make it work, I just don't think the article is ready for the main site yet.

SCP-6514 has the characteristics of an eleven child. 6514 is 121 cm (about 3.97 ft) tall and has ears that are 7 cm (about 2.76 in) long. The skin is as pale as aged paper, and eyes that have been crying for a while, so we do not know the true color of the eyes. But from what we can tell, the eyes are dark. It is always crying a miniature waterfall out of its eyes, which is why the drains are required. 6514 has raggedy clothes, color lost in it.

I really like the idea and had a lot of fun reading through the article, but I do agree with andromedaz. This feels like it can still be perfected before getting the green light. I'd also like to add that while the whole "moving 1 meter at a time" thing was fun, it felt very ambiguous. A more specific time measurement like "1 meter per minute" would add a lot and fit better within the scientific tone in SCP articles.

I'd suggest changing this to sound more impersonal and clinical.

Let's tear this apart. First off: the containment procedures make no sense. Armed guards outside this thing would dissuade people from entering it. Problem solved.
Second: The idea is not… awful. An anomalous basketball court could be done well. It needs work, though.
Third: the whole "let me mention some ordnance cause it sounds totally cool" thing reads less like a scientist documenting tests and more like a kid that played far too much Call of Duty trying to name drop things he saw in the game to sound cool. The .50 BMG is not the end of all things that video games make it out to be, and it gets trotted out far too often. And an RPG-7 (which is what I'm assuming you're referring to when mentioning an rpg) is a shaped charge. It's intended to function by concentrating as much of its explosive force as possible into a tiny jet of plasma that burns through armor with the hope of detonating an ammo rack. It is not something an experienced commander with near limitless resources would choose to deploy against infantry.
SCP-6138 is a wooden door with the name tag "God" on it. When SCP-343 was brought to it, he commented, "Oh yeah, this. I've been looking for it. I'm glad you fellows found it." then 343 simply left the room through the wall and to his containment cell down the hall. What puzzled researchers was he didn't ask for the door in his cell, and when asked why, he simply stated, "I have no use for it anymore. You all can have it." And returned to reading his book.

It seems that this SCP most often relies on the reference to another article, in this case, SCP-343. That usually is already a huge red flag, as each SCP must somehow be able to stand on its own, without the readers having to actually know the contents of another article.
Overall, the base anomaly here is just so lacking and you never really explore the concept. The references to 682 and 096 are simply unnecessary and just seems like a lazy attempt to mention a bunch of famous SCPs.

There's little merit to talk about here. It's spooky, sure, but otherwise there's not much meat on the bone.
You have here a stage with characters poised to act out a narrative, and then never actually use them to do anything narratively meaningful. Strange ghostly phenomena that is never further explored by the Foundation or any civilian. No backstory that might explain the anomaly's origin. Furthermore, we don't know anything else about the characters other than their names, occupations, cause of death, and dressing habits. Echoing winkwonk and Albert, there's a story to be told here that you haven't quite tapped into.

Agreeing with Winkwonk here, I don't think this concept goes anywhere regardless of how nice it may look. Sure, they were outlaws and the story tells a bit of their lives, but SCPs nowadays aren't just barebone ideas, which is pretty much the problem here. They're stories disguised in the format, and I don't think there's much of a story on this article.
It's just the skeleton of a good idea but the article doesn't go further than that. On top of this, the clinical tone also feels off in some parts.
As the others say, this one treads water. Couple other problems: The Wild West as a concept is not a proper historical designation. It's simply an informal monicker applied to the period of the md 19th to early 20th centuries in which the fledgling United States embraced the concept of Manifest Destiny and expanded rapidly to its current continent spanning borders. Using it to designate the time frame these individuals lived is unscientific at best. I would recommend picking an exact time frame for these individuals lives (1851-1884 for example. 2 random years that fit with the period, but aren't simply the nebulous "Wild West")
The use of ones nickname is acceptable if you're trying to create an individual who was famous in their time period, but it should be structured with their proper legal name, example: William "Wild Bill" Cody. There are a few other ways to structure that, but it's a good practice to have the legal first and last name notated. Obviously, the exception is in cases where the legal identity is unknown (The Zodiac Killer, for example), but in that case you would only assign the appelation and no other name most likely with a foot note annotation explaining that the legal name is unknown.
Similarly, the statements on their style of dress are extremely informal and don't fit with the tone expected from a scientific document.
You have the start of something very interesting here. Western Expansion and the so called Wild West is a period of intense mystique that has been romanticized to hell and back. That has left it overflowing with potential for great SCPs and the core concept here is a rock solid foundation for exploring that period and its relationship to the anomalous.

Edit: in the case of an execution, the phrase is "Hanged from the neck until dead". I know, it's a confusing quirk that flies in the face of established grammar, but it simply is what it is.
This has a nice setup of narrative elements, but nothing particularly concrete enough to give me an emotional impact of sorts.
If you're aiming for the type of article which is simple and vague, it has to at least give hints of something more concrete, something that could give the readers an emotional impact of they try to think about it.
In my opinion, simply adding more detalied observations of what these ghost do could be enough for this to work, but they have to work towards hinting something which has to be clever and interesting enough for it to bring the emotional impact that the article needs.

Like OK, they were outlaws, they got hanged, they become ghosts and sometimes, they try to communicate with people and don't really succeed and one of them is well-dressed. OK. There are quite a few issues here, so let's break them down-
titanium cube
The soundproof part makes sense based on what we learn later, but the titanium bit of this is never explained. There's no clear reason why it needs to be titanium specifically. What would happen if it was iron instead? Copper? Does it really specifically need to be titanium?
Size of the cube must not be smaller than 1m cubed.
Why is that? This is another thing that's super specific without much reasoning placed behind that. Specifics in conprocs need to be reflected in the article later on, otherwise it feels like security theatre more than anything.
This is a nitpick, but the MTF you use in the article is different than the one you use in the header. This is an odd inconsistency.
Let's actually talk about the header for a minute. I'll speak more on the containment class later, but right now I don't think you're using the ACS properly here. You are really overplaying the danger of this object in several places here, the header being one of them. This is realistically not an amida level threat. Amida is reserved for anomalies the Foundation is actively declaring war on- meaning that they are intentionally trying to destroy the anomaly due to the innate risk it poses to society and how widespread that risk is. This item simply does not have the wide ranging area of effect needed to justify that.
In the event of an XK-Class End-of-the-World scenario
This goes hand in hand with the above- this item realistically cannot result in a K class scenario. It isn't motile, and when no one touches it it can't do anything. You also claim that it's bright enough to destroy objects….which isn't true. 5000 lumens isn't actually that impressively bright. It's only the light output equivalent to 5000 candles, which sounds like a lot until you realize that 5000 lumen lights are regularly used as ceiling lights or camping lanterns. It isn't going to be destroying anything with that.
I also don't think you understood what Hertz are. Hertz refer to soundwave frequency, or the pitch of things. It doesn't have anything to do with how loud something is.

What makes it worse is that these details are vital to understanding how to respond to and contain this object in the event of a breach. The council is, in most people's headcanons, the top of the Foundation. If they were to all collect in one spot for a test, what would happen if something tried to kill all of them?
Why did the entire council convene for this? And more importantly, what did anyone think they would get from this?

Are you completely sure you want to characterize your Quirky British Angryman character as schizophrenic? Does that not seem a bit tasteless?
Even disregarding that, the dialogue itself isn't very entertaining, mostly just annoying. There's a balance you have to strike, making an insufferable character entertaining. I'm not feeling anything but annoyance towards this character.
Well I say to you that I found in your article several spelling or grammatical errors and in its own format but removing those aspects that can be polished, the article seemed very funny and interesting to read about the character problems of a sensitive artificial planet there are also things and aspects that can be improved but otherwise I liked the article.
What I'm seeing here is an article that… doesn't really seem to be sure what it's trying to do. At times it reads like it's trying to be a -J, other times it goes into super serious mode, and other times it's just waffling on without doing anything.
The concept is solid enough in its own odd way, but you really need to get down to brass tacks and decide exactly where this article wants to go, then tighten down the verbiage from there.

SCP-6189 is a humanoid resembling a human male who is slightly overweight with an interest in all subjects regarding any kind of pop culture. The entity wears a blue and white striped shirt and blue jeans, size 24. It is considered sapient and can think for itself. However, it can make any piece of media reality if it wills it.

SCP-5863 appears to be in the form of a Quercus robur 'Fagista, also known as a columnar oak, the only two noticeable differences from afar are that this entity has no leaves. SCP-5863 has long thin branches, and every part of it is covered with thorns. The only living plant life we have been able to grow on it so far is Tillandsia usneoides, or spanish moss, which hangs of its branches. If you get closer to the entity you will notice large circles in the trunk that appear to be 'knots' in the wood. Upon further testing we discovered that those are its "eyes' of sorts. It can open its eyes for about one minute and thirty seconds, after that it closes its eyes due to its own thorns poking it. The thorns have a venom we have affectionately named "sweet talking killer" due to its effect to make the one injected hear voices. The voices attempt to persuade you to take your hand off SCP-5863. But if the voices succeed before SCP-5863 closes its eyes the voices will never go away. EVentually driving whoever it is to suicide, no matter what they try to do to stop it.

SCP-6238 is accounts that appeared in multiple online dating applications. SCP-6238 uses a variety of nicknames, all of which are anagrams for either "black panther" or "black leopard." SCP-6238-1 is a humanoid that appears to be a male in his early 20s. SCP-6238-1 shows up at the person (hereafter referred to as "the subject") who contacted SCP-6238 and arranged to meet. SCP-6238-1 has been confirmed to appear out of nowhere prior to meeting with the subject from the foundation's investigation using class-D personnel and surveillance cameras. SCP-6238-1 prefers to play BDSM as a dominant. As SCP-6238-1's sexual arousal increases, its ears move to the top of its head and change to resemble those of a feline, and a tail grows from its buttocks. When the subject's body turns "red enough" as a result of the play, SCP-6238-1 turns completely into a black leopard and preys on the subject. SCP-6238-1 disappears into nowhere after finishing eating the subject. SCP-6238 was discovered while the foundation was investigating a suspicious multiple homicide. SCP-6238 has not been confirmed to appear since SCP-6238-1 was contained by the foundation.

SCP-6978 appears to be a standard F-16 fighter plane without any labeling or license markings and appears to release brown chemtrails. SCP-6978 can manifest near other flights which are lost or disoriented without any ground communication. After being visible to the pilot, the SCP will connect to the flight's frequency and a male voice with a British accent will share headings towards the nearest accessible airport, and the SCP will begin to follow the flight with the same speed. SCP-6978 will proceed to demanifest once the strayed flight has located the designated airport.

I think one of the problems most shortform articles have is the punchline. I think that's the problem here- The story is just a testing log that demonstrates the anomaly's properties but there isn't much more to the article itself.
There are no formatting issues (Apart of the redacted names, because redacting feels unnecessary here) but I feel like if you want to write a good shortform, you're going to need to rewrite the story.
tl;dr, the biggest problem the article has atm is that there is no punchline or interesting element in the story, and it's just too barebones and lacking that it becomes uninteresting.

I would tell you that in your next publication it would be to put in your article the current anomaly class system, which consists of putting a containment class such as the Euclid or exoteric together with its level of threat and level of disruption, also if the problem is its little or lack of history you could first make your draft criticism with the story already raised to find out if people like it or not and finally advice to be able to have a story in your article you could put interviews, diaries, letters from other people or if the anomaly is aware and speak in his own interviews with researchers the subject could talk about his personal story and that is all I can tell you as my recommendation.
