Finally a tale which is not all about "omniverse has been cool, and cool has it been, cuz it was big and cool" type tale about Elder gods, i like the fact that Scarlet King is not portrayed as only negative force, all around the scp wiki lore and articles there is tips and hints that show that Scarlet King benefits creatures of existence as much as he harms them

Mekhane may be cruel god to some, but he is de facto - universe embodiment and literal law of cosmos

Yaldabaoth might be evil to some, her ambitions might seem meaningless, but she cares about her creations after all, in her own way

Scarlet King - may just push through all obstacles, destroy every god on his path and laugh at All Mighty, but he also has a strategy, many plans, plays many secret chess games all around the omniverse, keeps his servants both at chain and benefits them, and actually develops far going plans

Elder gods are not good or bad, nor are they simply grey, they are by all accounts "beyond human comprehension", as silly as it may sound - it is the best and perfect description you can possibly give to them.

I'm honestly impressed; 3 hits almost back-to-back? Haven't seen something like that in a long while.

Again, really like the worldbuilding here; the sheer immensity of the Omnigenesis is adequately conveyed, and the ruthless creeds of the Law of Blades befit the first creation of the Big Red Bastard.

All in all, it's a fine companion work to The Implicit Door, and I support it wholeheartedly.

I was going to comment that the K6BD influence was obvious, but it's such a good literary aesthetic that I'm not going to hold that against you. An intriguing addition to site lore.

If you showed me this as a draft, I have since forgotten. But this is a good thing, because it means I can rediscover this tale.

I certainly did not make enough K6BD references in my body of work, so I'm very glad to see that the slack has been picked up.

While it was probably not intentional, this did heavily remind me of the laws of the sword logic and the wider teachings of the darkness in destiny.

That being said, this does scratch a very nice itch in my brain.

I've recently been researching more about the Scarlet King since I'm writing a little story, this whole thing has been absolutely insane with the different amount of things I've had to read. I absolutely love this part!
