The recent rework of the Contest Archive reminded me that we don't have a hub for 1kon. Not yet, I say. As maintaining hubs is normally part of what MAST's Wikiwalk section oversees, I have written a draft for such a hub, with some help from Vivarium.

The draft has received Community Outhreach's approval (necessary, since it was an official contest). As of now, I am looking for general feedback and suggestions.
This discussion will run with a 7-day timer. After the timer expires, unless there are major concerns brought up, the page will be posted to the mainsite along with any proposed and agreed-upon modifications. If opinions are visibly split, a vote will take place after the discussion timer expires and proposed changes are made.
