Elevator Pitch: Bullets that if used to kill someone erase their very existence and all consequences their existence ever had.
Central Narrative: Understanding the consequences of the use of bullets has. The butterfly effect of people having their existence erased.
Hook/Attention-Grabber: How the POI did use it in the past. He was a sniper under USA government employee living in Hispaniola and was told to assassinate the nation's leader after his policy turns "anti-American". Unaware of the bullets anomalous property, he uses it to kill the nation's leader. Leading to Hispaniola no longer existing, the quality of life shifting, including the reunification of Hispaniola no longer existing, instead being Haiti and the Dominica Republic still. The changes are so distant he has a new wife, new children and new home and has no recognition of anything going on around him. Basically trapping him in the life of another man with the memories and feelings all have no meaning in this world.
