If the page you are on "looks fine," it is most likely (but not certainly) because its theme is overriding the SCP Wiki's default Sigma-10 theme. If you were to then navigate to a Sigma-10 page, such as the Front Page, it would likely appear broken.
Alternatively, if you know for sure that Sigma-10 is loading, the error is most likely mistakenly appearing because you switched the Sigma-10 theme to a different theme using the ThemePreviewer module or another similar feature. If this is the case, and you are the author of the page, add the following code to it to remove the warning:

People kept asking if I had an art page, I was just like "nah, I upload them all to my A Semi-Comprehensive List of Foundation Facilities", but I figured I should put these somewhere to make it clear which are actually mine and which are done by other people. Now Dr. Conrad Scott is in the maw of the beast metaphorically as well as literally. It's one of my long-term plans for the series to have someone who knows code better than me create a unique header using this Area-14 logo and reading "Armed Bio-Containment Area-14" or something.

I just so happen to be making an SCP based in the Falklands. I'll see if I can incorporate Facility-96 somehow :)
I do have a question, did you craft these sites or just found them?
None of these were invented by me (with the possible exception of Site-18, that was just based on coincidentally consistent previous uses of that number) - check out the various links at the start of each section for my Sources.
The various Latin American Facilities, including 96, are from the F-57 canon on the Spanish branch. It's part of it's own continuity, but there's no reason you can't reference it if you'd like to, it even has a short Secure Facility Dossier at the bottom of the hub page.
It might be a quirk of my display, but the numbers seem to be slightly off-center to the right. I think I also preferred the more rounded font to the one that's there now.
That was an error, I'll fix it soon. It's a font issue, I need to convert the text into an object to prevent that from happening in future. Oops!
I should have checked on more devices, it looks fine on my end but obviously this kind of inconsistency needs to be fixed.
