Yes I'm alright. Just been feeling a bit… I dunno sad and down lately. Thought I'd push all my problems and troubles onto a fictional character.

I sympathize with the narrator, the fictional Cimm (and irl Cimm, to whatever extent they are dealing with the same/similar feelings). Whatever the external trappings and successes of your life, you are forever condemned to be yourself. There is no reprieve. It is well-observed and interesting.

However, I read articles on the SCP wiki as articles on the SCP wiki. Besides the metaphor of "death"/amnesticization, which reads to me as a 1:1 of account deletion/abandonment, there's not really any reason that this should be on the SCP wiki as such.

It's good, but I got to no vote.

Yeah, no. I've reached a pretty similar conclusion with my own life recently. Not a good person, not a "good contributor to society at large" which is a whole other topic, but just kinda a human going through it. On a plot scale, I like how this illustrates the goings on of a typical Foundation worker, as most come into the job having to leave their old selves behind… and all the implications regarding it.
