The Institute of WAN doesn't have previous works — I made it up since I wanted to do more than referencing stuff that already existed. However, their aesthetics draws from the Maxwellist sect of the Church of the Broken God.
Similarly, ICSUT doesn't have a hub yet, but they show up often in GOC works.
Similarly, Harry Blank once mentioned that Site-43 was structured like a research university. I wondered whether they would open their doors to undergrads in a Broken Masquerade scenario. When Harry mentioned an academic prospectus in Pride of Place, I knew it was time to bring this forward.
