The Dustjacket Theme was originally written by Woedenaz for the Wanderer's Library, then ported to SCP by me, but after a discussion between the two of us, we have decided it's best if Woedenaz maintained the theme here as well. However, to do that, he needed edit access to the page, and since theme: pages can only be edited by the person who posted them, we decided it was necessary for me to delete the theme and have Woed repost it.
This is to say, Tech approved July 8th, 2019 and reapproved August 27th, 2021.
