Novote. This could be a coincidence but this feels like a rehash of a plot in Infinity Train with a very very similar premise, just told in a different way. Wears away a lot of what novelty this scip could have, which is a shame, because it is written pretty well otherwise.
I understand that this doesn't mean much, but if it helps, I had literally never seen Infinity Train before I had written multiple drafts of this (I did watch that episode after because a critter mentioned it).
I can confirm that this was a coincidence- I mentioned similarities in crit with the author. At the end of the day though this basic concept isn't a new one- the idea of evil mirror doubles is a pretty old trope. I think the author manages to do something different enough with the concept that it's worth a +1.
So, this is my first SCP! Well, my first posted one at least. Anyways, I would like to thank Pedagon,
The Great Hippo, fabledtiefling does not match any existing user name, and
Yossipossi for their help with crits. Seriously, this would have been impossible without them. I hope that you all enjoy it!
I was sceptical of the scip at first but the ending was very well done and poetic. It put a vwry clear image in my mind of two almost indentical people slowly killing each other. This is great as a stand alone but it could definately be expanded apon.
Crit. I do want to say that there could have been more to the begining and I definately think you could have slowly escalated the tenstion more. In the first interview compared to the last it doesnt really foreshadow that well (which is obv a personal choice) anyways good job +1

So, this is good enough to get a +1 from me. The reasons being that you clearly know how to pace a story and the dialogue was actually pretty good.
But I will say that there’s a bunch of well trodden tropes here, that diminish the work. A mirror dimension where the denizens are murderous versions of ourself, the sending in a D-class just to see what would happen, and finally the “Does the Black Moon howl?” quote in the collapsible.
Obviously I like this enough to upvote, especially as this is your first attempt. But I would urge you to stretch beyond this formula for further articles.
Novoting. As I mentioned in SCPD — there's nothing inherently wrong with the article. It's got consistent flow, the narrative is structure is there — and the pacing is organized. My main issues are with some of the formatting and the dialogue, which is choppy and kinda difficult to envision anyone saying.
Also agreeing with Grigori on the tropes — you should definitely try to expand from well-known concepts with your next piece. I'd also recommend looking into articles with good dialogue, such as SCP-6001 to see how you can improve
Something that bugs me is this:
Reclassification of SCP-6446 to Keter pending.
Why? All the foundation has to do is not to send any personnel near the scip and/or transfer it to a large containment locker. I mean you explicitly say:
Further investigation of Site-103 personnel revealed 58 individuals, most of whom had worked with or near SCP-6446, displayed signs of Situs Inversus
Might wanna remove that part.
EDIT: I see, that's pretty cool… I like this much better now.

I'm going to collapse this explanation because I think some of the fun is figuring things out based on context, but there is a reason.
So, SCP-6446 isn't a localized event. As is hinted at throughout, the entities within SCP-6446 are the reflections of people. These reflections hate us, and want to come through and take over our lives. Quite literally, SCP-6446 is a gateway to the world "behind the mirror" that we normally just look into. "The rules only matter for windows. We made a door." This is revealed to apply to every reflection in the last few lines, as D-6824 has "lost" her reflection (because it is in containment and not in the world where it normally is). In addition, SCP-6446 wasn't created by someone from our side, but by the reflections themselves through unknown means. This means that they can create another, and continue their shadow invasion. The reason why it would be reclassified to Keter is because the Foundation has no way of knowing how many the reflections have already replaced (note how the discovery photo is in somebody's house, not containment, and how SCP-6446-A-1 mentions that others got through), and no obvious way to detect the next instance of a gateway. This article takes place in a very slim period of time after the realization of what exactly SCP-6446 is, as the Foundation must now figure out what to do to truly contain the threat it presents.
Very technical nitpick, and easily ignored by pretty much everyone, but if the mirrored are flipped on the molecular level, they should starve/ get poisoned by food or even drinks because of chirality.
On second thought, it does not appear the mirrored need food, as they have no blood/don't bleed. Other than that, the only question is how the mirrored replace people [Do they just pull people into the mirror worlds and take their place? How do the mirrored know how to mimic them perfectly? Shouldn't they only be able to see through mirrors?].
Overall really great story and a nice tense scene at the end
+1
Thank you! I had no idea how to rectify chirality with this concept so I just sort of ignored it for the sake of a cool idea. This is more of a fantastical SCP than a scientific one.
There is no force actually keeping the reflections from entering in on their side, they were coming onto the Site when nobody was looking (such as at night) and taking people to replace them. They know how to copy people because they have known their duplicate for their entire life. That is why D-6824's reflection was able to anticipate everything she was going to say, although it does not understand the internal consciousness of humans, it is capable of replicating human behavior to a reasonable extent.
SUCH an improvement from the original draft. Vvv proud of u.
This is probably the most underrated SCP I've read.
