Due to Finals and trying to find accommodation for next year this probably was a bit ambitious of me to try pull off. I still don't quite know if it worked.

This was amazing in it's ability to pull different and unique ideas together into a coheseive story. I loved how it moved from the initial article to an entirely separate one upon clicking the O5 link.
Definitely a 6000 runner up in my opinion. +1
This was very okay.
I don't mean that in a back handed way, just that it sits quite in the middle between good and bad to me.
The concept is a large one and is designed to have huge universe altering meaning, but failed to land with any hard P U N C H. I didn't get much from the format screw either. The first and second version are pretty decent. I've always kinda liked the "Version 1 is for most people but Version 2 is the real juicy bits" thing that some articles do. The third page was very bland for me though. I think it would be better placed as an "O5 eyes only" exploration log attached to the second version.
I would also honestly argue for more length. Take us down your rabbit hole and show us this headcannon you've got.
As is it's not bad, but it doesn't really pick me up out of my seat and show me something wild.

I honestly wanted to add quite a bit more to the concept, potentially including exploration logs for all realms (the last iteration would have been one if those) but was hindered due to time constraints.
The significance of proto daevite runes is to suggest a somewhat intelligent race of beings, powerful enough to traverse the Hytoth, existed a long while ago, that the Foundation has no other evidence about. This is also meant to link to the destroyed main realm of Hyrial but without an exploration logs I never got the chance to explore that.
The magnetized magnetite pillars are lodestones. Lodestones were used in early compasses to navigate, thus I kinda extrapolated from there and used it as a way to travel and navigate realms.
As for how it relates to the CofSH, I envision the Voruteut (evil extra terrestrial beings) as merely gods trying to invade the realm of humanity, whereas Rakmou-leusan and others are good, actively trying to prevent this happening. (Hence the war torn Great Wastes)

I love where this is going and I genuinely hope to see a canon build around it. The transmissions at the end were a bit excessive and somewhat clumsily executed, though. I think it would be stronger if that whole deal was redacted. And possibly if the second iteration was merged with the first, but the additional information hidden under a collapsible instead of a whole extra article. I get why you chose that method, but the result is somewhat clunky.
Overall, the idea here reminds me very heavily of Department of Abnormalities. And I mean that in the best way possible, since that's one of my favorite goi/semi-canons. It just needs a little excess trimmed off and I really believe it will be a great foundational (hah. Unintentional wordplay) document for further exploration of these new realities

I'll certainly try fix up the transmissions from the 2nd iteration, as it was meant to lead into the 3rd iteration and give some context. I only redact stuff if the reader can 100% tell what is behind the redacted info, and not replace it with "a pink fluffy unicorn" whilst still making sense.
The second and first iterations were separate as I wanted to reinforce that the O5 council were very wary of people getting to know the information. Due to unknown entities, potentially on the level of Gods, as well as an unidentified war, the O5 were worried people would try delve into its past, potentially releasing whatever is sealed there. I had hoped the grey text helped with the second iteration, but I'll try see if I can come up with a better solution.

Now this is an interesting one. On one hand, I love the worldbuilding you've done here. I love that this article is essentially our entire universe, and everything that exists, and I love the divisions given here.
Now, however, I have a problem with this same article: It feels like a hub. Now, while I don't think that's bad per se, it just feels odd: It feels like it wants to be a lot of things and in the end, only becomes one. That last offset is interesting, but I feel it goes from great worldbuilding to just an extremely simple and quick explanation of how things used to be in the previous hytoth, all the while a pattern screamers… Well, screams.
Think I'll novote. This has potential, but I feel it hinders itself from becoming great. Apparently there were time constraints involved here, so I'm sure with more time this can become better. Hope you get to either work on it after 6k to make it feel more complete, or dismantle it altogether to make it a series of articles instead of a single one, as I think either of those two could help make this concept shine through.

This just doesn't work for me, except maybe as an 001 proposal. It's just not well-defined enough for special containment procedures to make sense, even theoretically; insofar as it has value, I think it belongs on some sort of pattern screamers hub, not on the mainlist.
It does look like a cool SCP, but maybe a but to excessive for a normal one. Like said by Thopter, it looks more like a 001 proposal, or a 1000th slot proposal. I'll upvote it though.

So I'm really pleased to see someone put Ways up as an object. There's really no reason it should have taken this long. And I like a lot of the concepts, not to mention the definition of what a Hytoth is, especially the second one, and how a lot of these classic realms relate to each other.
But that being said, I just don't buy "our reality is an SCP". I really think, from the Foundation's viewpoint — or at least the view they'd want to relate to their employees — it's "Hey, guys, we figured out what these Ways are about, so here's a bunch of info we've collected about how they relate to other objects and these various extradimensional planes that exist parallel to ours." Cuz, y'know, our reality is the real reality, it's all those other ones that are anomalous.
Plus, I'd like to know where they came up with the names for the various realities, not to mention the lambda-notation. That just kind of shows up in a couple spots and then disappears without ever really being explained. Also you need someone to go through this for comma and word usage, as there are quite a few such issues throughout the article.
