Hm. This is a hard one.
On one hand, it's a neat entry. It does exactly what it needs to do with the containment procedures and description, but then… Then it sort of ends. It's a strongly descriptive piece, but there's no meat to cling to. I like the connection to Danu (think you mispelled that to Damu) and outside the article I can see the connection, but inside the article it's just mentioned. The Foundation wouldn't just speculate and then add this to the article; it needs more reason to be, especially with a rather unknown deity such as this one.
As a last point, you mention 6000-2-A on the cont. procedures, but then they become 6000-3-A on the description. Might wanna fix that.
Overall… Hmmm… I wanna like this one. It has a strong concept, but the execution feels like it's just there. It needs more to stand properly. Think it's a downvote, but to push for a rewrite. There's a good idea, and good potential to it.
Thanks for the feedback! I only found out about the contest around a week before the submission deadline, so unfortunately it was a bit rushed and I did not have enough time for exploration logs. It's my first time and your comments will certainly be of much use when I rewrite the page when I have time. Thanks!

I actually quite like this in its current state. It's like what Maxyfran said "It does exactly what it needs to do with the containment procedures and description… It's a strongly descriptive piece…"
One issue I have, though, is how SCP-6022-4 is barely described and its events are completely redacted.
Aside from that, this gets a +1 out of me.
